Welcome to my yoga journey!
I'm a 200 hour certified Yoga Instructor and Alignment Trainer (RYT-200).
I found my love for Yoga over a decade ago and have practiced Yoga ever since whilst traveling, working and living across the globe: Bali, Thailand, Sri Lanka, UK, Malta, Germany, Canada and Spain. Through these varied lenses and experiences, I have gained immense inspiration and try to bring this into my practice and work with my students.
With a no-frills approach, my style of teaching focuses on creating a comfortable and inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome and safe to explore different sides of yoga and themselves.
I offer a diverse range of classes, movements and well-being practices tailored to meet different needs and preferences of students.
I've dedicated a lot of my time to studying Yogic styles and teaching, Medidation, Human Anatomy, Nutrition and conscious connected Breath Work. Through these varied lenses and experiences, I have gained immense inspiration and try to bring it into my work with my students.
Within my Yoga offering, I teach two signature classes that offer a Yin and Yang when it comes to movements and energies. In these classes I focus on a fluid, playful form of vinyasa yoga aimed at elevating and raising energy and vitality levels.
My background and work in the competitive business environment raised my understanding of the need for balance. Yoga became my counterpart and outlet to express and ignite my creative and soft energy while keeping it powerful, sweaty and strong. The signature classes reflect this balance, the perfect Yin and Yang between strength and softness, a dynamic flow with playful, fluid and feminine lines.
Expect strong and calm flows that allow for sensual movements and let you dance gracefully around the mat.
