Hi, I am Scarlett !

Welcome to my yoga journey! 

 

I am a 200 hour certified Yoga Instructor and Alignment Trainer with over a decade of experience practicing Yoga across the globe.

My teaching style is inclusive, focusing on creating a welcoming environment for all students.

I offer a range of yoga and well-being classes tailored to meet your individual needs, be it in person, in a group or online. My style of of teaching Yoga focuses on balancing strength and softness, blending dynamic vinyasa flows with playful, fluid movements.

Energy Flow 

 

This is a Dynamic Vinyasa Flow class, designed to get you flowing around the mat. This flow will be playful and elevate your energy whilst building strength and flexibility. I will guide you through a seamless sequence of poses, emphasizing the natural fluidity of energy and movement. Elevate your practice and leave feeling empowered, balanced, and rejuvenated.

 Sunrise Flow

 

Start your day with this Sunrise Vinyasa Flow, where I lead you through a revitalizing sequence of poses designed to awaken your body, mind and energy. Embrace the morning light as you flow, focusing on breath and alignment,  movement and flexibility.

Leave feeling energized, balanced, and ready to embrace the day ahead.

Deep Flow

 

Immerse yourself in this Deep Flow class, where I guide you through a mindful and meditative sequence that emphasizes deep stretches and sustained postures. This is a deep and slow but not a pure beginner class. This class will deepen your flexibility through long holds, releases tension, and promotes inner calm and peace. Perfect for all levels, you'll leave feeling deeply relaxed and free.

Group yoga classes tap into the practice and foundations of Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and Yin Yoga. Begin your day with Sunrise Yoga or unwind with Yin Yoga's deep stretches. Experience the energetic sequences of Dynamic Yoga Flow, the precise alignment in Align & Shine, the creative energy of Feminine Flow, and the soothing release in Deep Stretch & Meditation. Scarlett's expert guidance ensures a balanced and enriching yoga journey that will want you to step on the mat daily.

Private 1-1 Classes

This class will be dedicated and tailored to you and your unique needs and goals. We will focused on your specific areas of interest, whether it's improving alignment, building strength, or helping you get back on the mat after a recovering injury. Enjoy the flexibility and customization of a 121 private sessions to enhance your individual yoga journey at your own pace.

Online Classes

Join the online yoga classes and enjoy the flexibility of practicing from the comfort of your home. I offer a range of virtual sessions, from invigorating Vinyasa flows to grounding Yin Yoga, all designed to suit your indiviudal schedule and needs. Embrace the convenience and connection of our online community, and elevate your practice in your own space. 

Alignment Lab

The Alignment Lab is a series of classes to study and break down a selected pose focusing on its correct alignment, variations and benefits ensuring a safe and effective practice. The class combines a study of the pose with a flow centred around the practice of the pose, allowing you to transition smoothly between postures while maintaining stability and balance in the pose. Perfect for all levels, these classes help you deepen your practice and enhance body and pose awareness.
